Can I have a VAT receipt for my booking?

You can easily request a VAT receipt for parking bookings online on our Your trips & bookings page. Tap on your booking reference and look for 'Request a VAT receipt', we'll send it to you in an email.

We aren't able to issue VAT receipts or invoices for a hotel, lounge or car park with lounge bookings. We subscribe to the Tour Operator's Management Scheme (TOMS). TOMS rules say that we have to work out our VAT based on the full amount of the booking and cannot separate out the VAT amount. TOMS also prevents our customers from reclaiming VAT as input tax.
