We're well aware that we're not perfect. That's why we pay close attention and care to negative views from our customers. They improve our service and support us in trying to never make the same mistake twice.

We normally resolve 80% of issues within 21 days (most are resolved within 7 days) although more complex issues can take a little longer as we need to investigate everything fully before we come back to you.
