Refunds on Airport Parking

Holiday Extras are all about hassle-free travel. This extends to our refund process so if your travel plans change and you need to amend or cancel a ticket, you can do so, easily. This does depend on what type of booking you have so take a look at the information below to find out everything you need to know.

Our fab Flextras booking policy means you can book flexible tickets that allow you to change or cancel should you need to.

Refunds in a nutshell...

If you need to cancel a 'Fully flexible' or 'Free cancellation' airport parking product, you will receive a voucher for the full amount of your original booking.

Cancellations within 7 days of making your booking will be issued a voucher for the full amount. You then have the option to cancel your voucher and request a cash refund within 14 days of issue.

Cancellations 7 days or more after making your booking, will be issued a voucher for the full amount. You can then cancel your voucher and request a cash refund (less £10 which, don't worry, you won't lose, we'll save it to your account to use on your next booking) within 14 days of issue.

You can cancel your booking for a voucher right up to your booked arrival date and time. We are unable to issue a cash refund for bookings cancelled on the arrival date.

If you booked a 'Saver' product, don't panic, if you need to cancel a voucher for the full amount of your booking will still be issued. However, we are unable to offer a cash refund on Saver packages.

To help you save even more money, we also offer 'Can't Cancel or Amend' bookings. These are our cheapest prices, we cannot offer a voucher or refund on these types of bookings.

How do I get a refund?

Organising a refund is quick and easy. Simply Log in to your account and tap 'My bookings'. From here you can cancel your booking. Once the voucher is showing, use the 'Cancel voucher' link underneath the one you want to cancel. If a refund is available to you, we'll give you further details.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the original booking date will get a full cash refund.

Cancellations made more than 7 days after the original booking date will be refunded, less £10 which will be held as a non-refundable balance on your account for you to use the next time you book.

'Saver' and 'Can't Cancel or Amend' bookings cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.

Flextras: The full low down...

This is our most flexible and therefore the most favourable booking option. With our 'Flextras: Free Cancellation' you can amend or cancel right up to the time you're due to arrive at the airport car park. If you do need to cancel, we'll give you a voucher for the full value of the booking. You can use this to book any holiday extra for when you need it or as long as you cancel by midnight on the day before your booking was due to start, we can give you a cash refund for the full value of the voucher within 14 days of it being issued.

Our 'Flextras: Saver' booking is a great option for saving even more money. You can still cancel and amend your booking up to the time you've booked to arrive and you'll still get a voucher for the full amount. The difference is that you can't get a cash refund and the voucher must be used to rebook the same product.

How do I get a refund?

Getting a refund is easy. Everything is done in your account with Holiday Extras. Once you're logged in, simply cancel the booking in question. A voucher will be issued and will show in your account. If you are cancelling within 7 days of making the booking you will have the option of requesting a cash refund. Cancelling after the 7 day period still allows your voucher to be exchanged for a cash refund within 14 days but, it will be minus £10 - which we'll add to your account to use on your next booking.

How do I use my Holiday Extras voucher if I have an account?

  1. Visit the Holiday Extras homepage
  2. Log in to your Holiday Extras account.
  3. Search our site for the product you need and select which one you want to buy.
  4. When it's time to pay select 'pay using voucher' on the payment page to make a new booking using some or all of your voucher balance.

How do I use my Holiday Extras voucher if I don't have an account?

  1. Visit the Holiday Extras homepage
  2. Search our site for the product you want and choose which one you want to buy.
  3. When it's time to pay select 'pay using voucher' on the payment page to make a new booking using some or all of your voucher balance.
  4. You'll need to enter your voucher reference here - you can find this in your voucher email.
