Can I get a refund for airport parking?

Yes, you can get a refund on airport parking with Holiday Extras. If a 'Fully flexible' or 'Free cancellation' airport parking product is cancelled, you will receive a voucher for the full amount of your original booking or you can cancel your voucher and request a refund within 14 days. The value of the voucher will be refunded, less a £10 processing fee (and any non-refundable addons)*. Cash refunds take 3-5 working days to appear in your account and will show a credit from 'HXPAYMENTS'.

If you wish to cancel a 'Saver' product, a voucher for the full amount of your booking will be issued. We are unable to offer a refund on Saver packages.

Please note we cannot offer a voucher or refund 'Can't Cancel or Amend' bookings.
