It did NOT go smoothly at all for the second time in a few weeks. Barrier did not lift saying carpark was full and there was a queue. No one knew what was happening!! When we eventually got though to someone on the intercom, he was quite rude. This is totally unacceptable especially when the exact thing happened to us a few weeks ago and I told you about this. What a waste of time as did not even get an acknowledgment back from you so don’t expect a reply from this message either or it to be published. I would certainly NOT recommend this service to anyone and having spoken to the other people in the queue, they felt exactly the same!!!

Parking experience was incredibly smooth. Transfers to and from airport were quick. Didn’t have to wait on the transfers at all. Bus was ready and waiting for us.
