Please note the following undiagnosed exclusions

You answered yes to someone travelling with undiagnosed symptoms.

Your policy won't cover any conditions and/or symptoms that haven't been diagnosed if you need to cancel your trip, cut it short, or make an emergency medical claim.

You won't be covered while your symptoms are being investigated. Other health conditions (which aren't related to the undiagnosed symptoms) can be covered.

Once you have a diagnosis, call us, and we'll check if we can update your cover. Depending on the diagnosis, we may need to change, limit, or remove some parts of your cover.
