The hotel was OK but a Hen Party with children?! were booked into the hotel the children were running up and down the corridors banging doors, knocking on our door and running away until gone midnight we informed reception in the morning they were aware of the problem but would not refund as they said holiday extras would have to do in what a great start to a holiday

Arrived at hotel staff was amazing, given a room opened the door to find a guy stood there confused just as much as us, he was painting the room, went back to reception and given another room, very nice until I tried the TV, it was broken, went back to reception and was given a 3rd room, upgraded but not the best. Hotel is out dated, staff are amazing could not do enough for us.

Room was not particularly clean the carpets were very dirty bathroom very dated and old and could not open any windows at all and even if we could it was overgrown bushes outside. Very noisy from other residents late at night. Would not stay here again

Even when we booked, the hotel was actually closed. We drove 15 minutes further than the replacement hotel, which we drove past the first time around , only to return 30 minutes later, stressed and annoyed at your lack of communication.

We changed our booking for a pre flight hotel and parking as we were happy to pay more for the convenient location of the car drop off and Meet & greet. This was not the case at all. Changes had occurred at least a week prior to our arrival and we had not been informed. Both ends we had considerable walking to do, which was hazardous, crossing so many roadsespecially with all our luggage and a 2 year old.

Hotel clean & comfortable with amazing staff, rally helpful & polite. The room was a good size, very clean, quiet & a decent bed, it was perfect for the night before heading off the airport. Parking service from Maple Manor excellent as ever, wouldn’t use anyone else.

We stayed at Airport Inn at Gatwick the night before travelling. Not at all welcoming and the room was very basic with no complimentary toiletries not even a small bar of soap for washing your hands. We paid £20 extra for a 3 course meal only to be told the restaurant was closed so had to find somewhere local to eat which we then had to out for again. Not impressed.

We had a brilliant stay at Stanhill Court hotel before flight out of Gatwick. They could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Our car stayed in their carpeting until our return. The taxi to airport was easy and cost £10 each way. Great not to have to catch the bus.

A nice hotel clean with good rooms. Close to Horley town centre if you want to stretch your legs. I had a problem getting back to Gatwick but a quick E-MAIL and the problem was sorted.

Stayed in the Acorn Lodge in Gatwick where the staff were friendly and the room adequate for our needs. Requested a lower floor room which we got and had a small meal in the hotel which was very nice. Transfer was faultless and we would use this hotel again as it was good value for money.

Have stayed at the sandman signature more than 20 times, was disappointed that the hotel was having a Halloween party in the bar, very noisy and very little social distancing, however , the people in the next roam decided that this was not enough and at least ten people started to have a party in there room! I complained at reception and Jay the duty manager went straight into action and moved the people from the room, excellent service but honestly don’t think the party was in keeping with hotel!

It was a terrible night stay very disruptive and noisy neighbours prevented sleep! Whilst reception responded their suggestion for us to move rooms wasn’t doable! Put that behind us and whilst the Purple parking was ideal they did not have the car there which resulted in a 45 minute wait.

We booked airport hotel and parking. On arrival at the hotel, whilst they had our allocated booking they refused to honour it saying they had not received payment from Holiday Extras. The only way we could get our room was to pay again!!! It spoilt the start of our holiday and we now have to battle to get our money back. Never again!!!!

Hotel was ok however it cannot be compared with other Hampshire by Hilton, mainly Birmingham or Gatwick which are far better. The food was very poor with a very limited option for people with allergies, in fact I had one option the the staff attitude was, nothing else. When it came the jacket potato was very old and over cooked. Not good customer care.
