We booked on 10th july ... got to hotel no booking had to wait around for ages to rectify this. Had breakfast the next morning they asked us to pay for it although we had paid you. Again had to wait around for ages feeling like idiots until this was rectified , I have put a complaint in with yourselves on line as you cant talk to anyone

Very disappointed with the service we had to ask the staff for various items of food the place wasn't very clean after booking previously lounges in the pass this was very poor not a good way to start our sorry but very disappointed ????

The hotel was a lucky pick and was the Holiday Inn Gatwick Worth. It was a fantastic hotel for an airport hotel. The staff were superb, facilitates, food, bar area etc were brilliant. We always use Holiday Extras as we have always had the best service and prices for exactly what we need. I have recommended you guys to lots of Friedan’s just people speak to on our holiday.
