Extremely helpful staff, a comfortable hotel with good facilities and our car was waiting for us on our return to the airport, which enabled us a speedy get away. Will book again.

Hotel clean & comfortable with amazing staff, rally helpful & polite. The room was a good size, very clean, quiet & a decent bed, it was perfect for the night before heading off the airport. Parking service from Maple Manor excellent as ever, wouldn’t use anyone else.

The Hotel Ibis was okay, dinner was below par though and wouldn't eat there again. Dropping off the car was fine however coming back, it was confusing as to where to go? Ended up in a car park with wind howling and rain and was in the wrong one? Rang again and had to walk along a bit more but smooth from there. I liked it when Meet 'n Greet meant that and drivers would be there with your car outside the terminal.

The Ibis hotel at Gatwick was comfortable and spotless. The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. We booked the Aspire airport lounge which again was very relaxing and had helpful, friendly polite staff. It was our first time using the Maple Parking Meet and Greet serive. The only one small criticism of the service is when I rang through from arrivals was being told that our car was on its way then having to wait for around 40/45 minutes in the dark and cold cark park while storm Ciara raged around us. We were tired after a long haul flight and then having a long wait for our car was no fun. In previous years we've taken the shuttle bus back to our hotel where we paid to leave our car for the duration of our holiday and were on our way home all within 40 mins. The staff however were all helpful and polite. I would definitely use the Ibis hotel and Aspire lounge again but maybe go back to paying to leave our car in a hotel car park.

Waited 25 minutes for scheduled shuttle bus that didn't turn up. Hotel kindly paid for a taxi to airport. The said the bus can be unreliable. Purple Parking and their buses were good.

Hotel was great, clean and basic and served the purpose of an overnight stay before my flight. Arriving at the airport the hotel car park was full and being disabled caused some trouble and had to leave car not parked properly. Explained this to the hotel and they were happy and I went to bed. Got up in the morning grabbed an Uber and off we went on holiday. On arrival cleared baggage claim and phoned the number car was then delivered in about 15mins so can’t complain really impressed with the service. Will definitely use again.

The hotel provided adequate accommodation late at night after a long flight, but the room was small with minimal storage. The ensuite was a badly designed wet room which flooded after showering, this made further use of it difficult. The car parking worked okay, but there was a long wait for the shuttle on our return.
