Room was not particularly clean the carpets were very dirty bathroom very dated and old and could not open any windows at all and even if we could it was overgrown bushes outside. Very noisy from other residents late at night. Would not stay here again

Holiday inn was undergoing works outside was like a building site on return from our holiday it was closed and we couldn’t enter as it was being used for quarantine hence had to stand in rain for almost an hour whilst our keys were found

Our booking was changed, we were advised the Russ hill was being used as a quarantine hotel, arrived at the europa where the booking was switched too, no booking had been swapped over! Luckily helpful lady sorted it but was a stressful start to the holiday to then find out the russ hill was being used as hotel for the Afghan people. We had also paid for a 3 course meal as we knew I could eat safely at Russ hill, whilst this was transferred I could only eat the main just due to nuts being everywhere in the buffet and I have a severe nut allergy!! Not impressed

We changed our booking for a pre flight hotel and parking as we were happy to pay more for the convenient location of the car drop off and Meet & greet. This was not the case at all. Changes had occurred at least a week prior to our arrival and we had not been informed. Both ends we had considerable walking to do, which was hazardous, crossing so many roadsespecially with all our luggage and a 2 year old.

The whole hotel could do with a make over. We paid extra for an executive room, it was awful. When we returned from our holiday we book to stay there and when went to our room, there was not heating on and the telly did not work, they did move us to another room. On arrive there were children running riot in the lobby, this was at 11:30 pm, we checked out very early and did not stop to have breakfast.

I booked hotel and parking, which hotel was moved and then the new hotel was cancelled, so I kept the parking and decided to drive home, we were told that the government had shut it for other use, when I picked up car it had been moved, and people who were on the same flight booked in , why did this happen? I’ve used your company for years, and I’m really disappointed in the way we were treated

We booked the Airport Inn to stay the night before we were flying out to Croatia to attend my daughters wedding. As we had an extremely early flight, we wanted somewhere very close to Gatwick so we could walk to the airport in the morning and not have to worry about getting a taxi. Also, we had my brotherinlaw with us who has anxiety and mental health issues and hasn’t flown for 20 years, and isn’t a good traveller. When we arrived at the hotel we were astonished to find a notice on the front door saying that the hotel was closed and to go to a different hotel that was in Crawley!! We saw a security guard who found the manager and he explained that we should have received an email from yourselves explaining that the hotel was closed. We never received any email and we were extremely angry. My brother in law got extremely anxious so we decided to try the premier inn to see if we could stay there instead. Thankfully they had 2 rooms at a cost of £88 each, we also had to pay to park the car and in total paid £304. When we phoned the other hotel to explain they said they would cancel the room but we needed to contact yourselves instead. As you can imagine I am extremely angry at what happened, we obviously expect a full refund and some sort of compensation for the inconvenience and anxiety that you have caused. I look forward to your speedy response.

A nice hotel clean with good rooms. Close to Horley town centre if you want to stretch your legs. I had a problem getting back to Gatwick but a quick E-MAIL and the problem was sorted.

Stayed in the Acorn Lodge in Gatwick where the staff were friendly and the room adequate for our needs. Requested a lower floor room which we got and had a small meal in the hotel which was very nice. Transfer was faultless and we would use this hotel again as it was good value for money.

It was lovely to stay on the airport and drop off the car the night before so we did not have to worry about it on the morning of the flight. We just had to walk into the airport. Unfortunately we just missed a bus back to parking when we returned and had to wait 20 minutes.

We booked our New Years holidays and decided we wanted to be relaxed and stay overnight at the hotel so booked the Sofitel with parking. Unfortunately the UKGOV took over the hotel for COVID-19 quarantine so we were notified we had been moved to the Hampton by Holiday Inn. Only after enquiring 3/4 times the Sofitel advised us this was wrong and we should be at the Hilton Gatwick South which is a similar standard. We chased Holiday Extras and we’re told this was changed. Hotel was great. clean and well refurbished and the staff were excellent. We would use the route again and if it’s not cheaper direct would use Holiday Extras again. Was annoying to have caught them out trying to move us to a much cheaper/lower standard hotel but that’s why you ask the questions and double check. A great break. Thanks

We were switched to the Hilton due to the Sofitt hotel having been commandeered as a quarantine hotels had all the hassle of getting to and fro the Hilton in the South Terminal which was really badly sign posted and difficult for someone like me with walking difficulties.

The hotel we stayed at was lovely and clean. All the staff we interacted with were pleasant and polite. The bedroom was very spacious with comfy beds for us all. We didn’t have any issues at finding a parking space in the car park but surely the cost should be reimbursed if you stay at the hotel.

The hotel was easy to find and there was plenty of parking spaces. The check in process was simple along with the collection process on our return. The rooms are comfortable, and the bar was open which provided the opportunity to purchase food which was well presented and tasty. The bus to the terminal was frequent and about 15 mins to the drop off / collection point. There was nothing to complain about.
