Customer loyalty scheme at Flybe
Flybe has launched a brand new frequent flier programme and has said that its Rewards4all scheme will bring customer loyalty options to low-cost passengers for the first time.
The airline said that its scheme would be automated, simple to use and easy to understand.
Passengers will be able to earn points on the Rewards4all scheme on all tickets which cost more than £19.99, opening it up to everybody.
A return economy flight earns a holidaymaker two points, while a economy plus return is worth four.
Just 16 points are required for a passenger to claim a free return flight - meaning that someone would only need eight economy returns to obtain the reward.
Other uses for the loyalty points include a year's use of Flybe's VIP airport executive lounges.
"This latest announcement is part of Flybe's constant innovation and commitment to invest in our regular customer," explained Mike Rutter, Flybe's chief commercial officer.
"There is now no reason to fly legacy! The scheme will be a big attraction for those second home owners, city breakers and families with regular trips to visit friends and family, who are at the heart of our customer profile."
In June, Flybe launched the world's first 'eco-ladling' scheme on all its flights.
