Holiday Extras wins Training Award
Holiday Extras has made the grade at the prestigious National Training Awards - They have been awarded one of the coveted regional awards.
This NTA (National Training award) highlights the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the call centre at Holiday Extras. The company strongly believe that good training and a great working environment leads to a high standard of service. Customers who choose to book through our call centre will testify to this.
These awards are in their 19th year and are the premier training award in the UK. Awards are given to companies who have achieved lasting excellence and success through training, which helps to benefit the UK economy as a whole.
This year there were 220 finalists across the country. Only 30% of entrants got through to the final stage.
Employees at Holiday Extras have reason to celebrate - they are part of a valued team of workers who, in turn, are part of a successful, forward thrusting company who are prepared to invest in their workforce as well as new and innovative products and services. Some of the other winners of the training award included BMW, Ford and Virgin. These companies have training budgets that are higher than our gross annual income!
We feel very proud of this achievement and hope to keep on improving our services for both staff and the customer.
