Customer Survey Results

Every month, Holiday Extras ask 2000 customers what they think of our products and service via an internet survey. We are pleased to find out that 85% of customers said they would book with us again.

Customer service is paramount at Holiday Extras. We are delighted to have such a high percentage of satisfied customers and we are working on the rest!
