Our mystery hotels are a great way of starting your holiday a day earlier, at an even cheaper price. The catch? You won't know which hotel it is until you've booked. Once your booking is confirmed we'll send you a confirmation to let you know which one of our recommended hotels you'll be staying in.

Free Cancellation
Our smartest choice is our fully flexible Free Cancellation product. You can amend or cancel up to your booked arrival time and if you do need to cancel, you'll be issued a voucher for the full value of the booking so you can re-book any holiday extra (from hotel to parking, from car hire to fast track security) when your plans have been rearranged. If you'd like a cash refund, we can organise one for you within 14 days of the voucher being issued.
Saver
Our Saver option is a great choice if you're on a budget. You can still amend or cancel up to your booked arrival time and you'll still get a voucher for the full amount. The only difference here, and the reason you'll save some money, is that you can't get a cash refund and the voucher must be used to rebook the same product when you rearrange your trip.
