Cancellation Cover

Please note Holiday Extras must be notified of a refund request within 48 hours of the time that your flight was supposed to depart, or the time that it was actually cancelled, whichever is the latter. Cancellation evidence related to the refund must then be supplied within 3 days of Holiday Extras being notified of the refund request.
