The staff were very helpful but the room was very small and the sofa bed sagged in the middle, meaning my 12 and 13 year old sons were pushed together, which they hated. As it was a ground floor room, we didn’t feel safe leaving the window open overnight and it was uncomfortably hot in the room so we slept really badly. However, it was very nice being able to have some breakfast when we left.

All was great until the return taxi back to Hallmark hotel to collect the car hotel gave me the number to phone the taxi on return the taxi company said they had no booking but would send one said they knew the Hallmark as they do a lot of work for them and would sort but taxi man said I still had to pay and to take it up with hotel ,The hotel were very good and gave me the money back they said it shouldn’t have happened and would be taking the matter up with taxi company certainly didn’t need the stress after a lovely holiday

Wasn’t our first choice of hotel, but it ticked the boxes. Parking was secure behind a coded gate. Plenty of parking spaces when we went. The check in was easy. Good staff. Food was alright. The seating area for drinks and eating was a little bit limited for the size of the hotel but again we managed.the taxi was on time and was about 20minutes away. The pick up back to the hotel was ok. A phone call and about 20 minutes for the pick up was ok. Would book again here

Hotel was fine, good room and quiet. Jetpark3 was appalling, took ages to find a space, then waited about an hour and a quarter for a bus to pick us up. This was around 3am. Two buses passed us, and others at the stop, as they were full, and one that was dropping off only. If we weren’t so early, we would have missed the flight. You are better paying a little more for the more reliable firms.

Booked hotel plus parking. Great hotel, very clean and comfortable but the airport transfer was not good. On arrival the afternoon before our flight, we went to book the ‘shuttle’ (not exactly) for but we were told it was full but they would provide a taxi. Fair enough but when we arrived outside at there were lots of people waiting for taxis and the shuttle bus. Our pre booked taxi for finally arrived at, making our pre flight rather rushed. On arriving back, we had just missed the return shuttle and the next one was not for 45 minutes so we ended up paying for a taxi to go back to collect our car from the hotel. Surely a shuttle bus goes back and forth,especially when the journey is described as being 5 minutes, not at 45 minute intervals? At the end of long flight it just wasn’t acceptable.

Traveled via Manchester airport, staying one night at the Hilton and using Terminal 3 meet and Greet. Hotel was fine, Terminal 3 Meet and Greet was exceptional, with cheerful, helpful staff at 3:30 am for check-in, and an system for collection which was a model of clarity and efficiency. In Britain as it is today, a beacon of service, and all there deserve to be highly commended.

We booked Hotel & Parking at Manchester Airport for 15 days. Hotel part was great however the new multi-storey Long Stay car park is a pain. At first sight seems good however it as a design fault in that it shows available spaces when there aren't any! (we think it can't show that there are spaces for non- disabled people). So each floor said it had over 30 spaces free but non of the first 5 floors had any available spaces that were not marked as disabled. It is so big that we drove for a long time looking for a space. If you are disabled you are well catered for. However once parked and out of the lift there is a long way to walk (partly in the wind and rain back to the terminal). The walkway is in a variety of finishes most of which do not suit suitcase wheels! Coming back was worse in that the new part of the terminal involves a long distance walk before the lengthy walk once outside the terminal.

Booking was easy and when there had to be a change in accommodation due to a Government contract with the Crowne Plaza the matter was dealt with very efficiently. When I had the additional expense of transport from the hotel to the airport this was refunded to me the same day.

Took 45 minutes to find a parking space at the hotel. One of the receptionists at the hotel ( who was amazing btw) actually came and moved her own car so we could park. Hotel room was good. Waited nearly an hour for the taxi transfer back from the airport to hotel!

Was in room. The bed was broken, had castors on one side but not on the other. Had no sleep as myself and my partner was trying to sleep on a slanted bed. Had a 6am flight spoke to night reception who wasn’t bothered at all. When we got back I reported it again to day staff on reception and they just said they will get maintainable to look at it. Just not good enough.

The hotel and facilities was not clean or well maintained, resulting in us refusing to use the room we had booked. Night staff had very limited understanding of English which led to misunderstanding of our booking and having to call customer service. Parking was OK but quite a few pot holes.

Transfer minibus back was a no show for 45+ mins. Repeated calls to Britannia not answered. Out of hours number said to go to a West car park - it was dark and raining so we turned back after yards, minibus scheduled to be there 20 past hour, it was 22 mins past and it left without stopping even though we saw it and tried to stop it. Another minibus from a hotel and spa tried texting the driver, calling Britannia, etc, no and and he took pity on us and brought us here. Staff at hotel said only 2 on Reception so they were not able to answer and transfer minibus had been back to the hotel and left again. Email addres given for complaint, nothing else. As it's so late, booked to stay the night as I want to look over my car in daylight.
