Hotel was fine, good room and quiet. Jetpark3 was appalling, took ages to find a space, then waited about an hour and a quarter for a bus to pick us up. This was around 3am. Two buses passed us, and others at the stop, as they were full, and one that was dropping off only. If we weren’t so early, we would have missed the flight. You are better paying a little more for the more reliable firms.

Easy to find car park. Good regular bus service to the airport and clear instructions about where to catch the bus back. Car ready and accessible upon our return. All at a good price.

I always book meet and greet at terminal 1 I fly to paphos easy jet every 8 weeks or so last 2times ive flown back there has been problems and delays my return flight arrives at am and i use the service as i dont want to wait for a bus to transfer me to an offsite airport to save time as i am working am same day i return There has been a problem with the return of my car 1 st time the key dispenser wouldnt work and they couldn't locate my car keys resulying in 45 mins stood waiting to discover they had been put in wrong key locker the latest incident i returned sat am at went to key locker no key went to reception another issue again car wasnt at car park again had to wait 40 mins until car arrived it is not good enough i pay a premium to park to be able to depart in a timley manner i could save a lot of money and pay 45 quid tonpark off airport and catch bus and have same wait time . I will be reluctant to park again and pay extra for a substandard service there was another two people in same situation on Saturday. I have always used this car park but dont know what is happening but its not getting better the service is getting worse not happy at all and really reluctant to book again

HI Express Manchester airport did not have any plug sockets by the bed nor did they have extension leads. I have CPAP machine to sleep and was unable to plug it in. It could have been disastrous but I lived to tell the tale. I have complained to their CEO.
