The premier inn hotel on the conformation was the wrong one, thankfully the hotel staff identified the correct inn. Had to pack luggage back into the car and move to the correct inn. We book through Holiday extra because we live mile from airport and with an 8:00 flight it would reduce starting off early. We booked with Jet parks ring way when we arrived 05:00 to give plenty of time at airport had to wait 50 minutes for a transfer bus. Been better off driving from home leaving car at airport car park and saving the cost.

Booked Meet & Greet airport parking and the airport Premier Inn for our return journey. Have used both these several time before and was not disappointed. Did experience issues when attempting to make the payment using the Holiday Extras website which resulted in us missing out on our first choice of hotel, however it was rectified promptly and the price we tried to not was honoured. Parking facility at airport was brilliant and hotel staff were also fantastic.

Everything went to plan. Comfortable overnight stay In the hotel and no problems with the meet and greet service but the directions from the hotel to meet and greet were a bit confusing. Would use again

The car park was horrendous the sat nav didn’t recognise the location!,,, not what you expect when having an early morning flight…. If it hadn’t been for another customer giving us directions we would never have found it. Our return journey we were given the wrong pick up point !!! Waiting for over 30 minutes. Simply not good enough would never use them again. On a positive note the Premier inn north Runger lane was very good

Hotel room was nearly perfect for us but could of done with extra pillows as you only get one, but the bed is so comfy and the duvet is like sleeping with a big comfy teddy
