Drink and dive - No we don't mean alcohol but good old-fashioned H20. It's very important to stay hydrated whilst scuba diving so hold off the alcohol until you're finished diving.

Prepare for the diving day - Arrive early to ensure there's somewhere to store your gear throughout the day and be sure to apply sun cream regularly. It might also be a good idea to take some seasickness tablets before you set off.

Monitor your air supply - We cannot stress this one enough! By reducing your speed and avoiding rapid body movement, you'll find your air consumption becomes more efficient. We'd recommend remaining calm and concentrating on slow breathing.
