easyJet - Best Airline Cabin Crew

Tell me about easyJet

Founded in 1995 by Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, easyJet is renowned for offering a low-cost, no-frills service to passengers across Europe. A fleet of over 200 planes operating on more than 600 routes in 30 countries gives the Luton-based carrier considerable influence across the continent. easyJet carried around 55 million passengers in 2011. The airline was one of the first to pioneer online booking and check-in, making the process significantly easier and more efficient for its customers.

What's special about the easyJet cabin crew?

A low price doesn’t mean a low standard of service on an easyJet flight. The airline prides itself on providing great value, and passengers can expect to be looked after to the same standards as those flying with a premium airline. Members of the carrier's dedicated cabin crew are committed to every customer's inflight experience, whether travelling for business or for leisure as a couple, group or family. Team members are chosen for their "orange spirit" - the warm professionalism of the pilots and the friendly, informal style of the cabin crew; and are considered the face of the organisation.

Has easyJet won any other awards?

A regular on the Holiday Extras Customers' Awards shortlist and winners' roll since 2009, easyJet consistently picks up awards around the world. In 2011 the budget favourite was named Best Low-Cost Airline in Europe at the World Airline Awards and World's Leading Low-Cost Airline at the World Travel Awards.
