When you book your ski transfers through our secure booking agent, you'll get an email confirmation. Make sure you save this somewhere safe, as it has your transfer vehicle details on it and your driver may want to see it.

Where can I find my airport transfer once at the airport?
- After you've landed, you'll either be met by your driver at arrivals, or you'll need to meet them at the designated transfer desk. These details will be on your email confirmation so make sure you have a copy to hand.
- If you're on a shared transfer, you will be met by a representative in arrivals, who will show you to your awaiting vehicle.
- Your private transfer will just include and/or your chosen passenger(s) so there aren't any additional stops prior to your destination.
- Your transfer will aim to drop you off outside your chosen address. Please note that sometimes due to vehicle size or your drop off point being in a pedestrianised area, you will have to be dropped off nearby instead. This will be confirmed before you travel.
What do I do if my flight is delayed?
If your plane is held up, it's not a problem - just call the number on your e-ticket to let them know. An alternative transfer can be arranged in the meantime.

Are children's car seats provided?
If you are travelling with a young child that usually uses a car seat, make sure you bring your own as they are not currently provided by the transfer companies.
