How far in advance do I need to book my Southampton airport hotel?
Our advice is to book your Southampton airport hotel as soon as your holiday is confirmed, it’ll mean you can make maximum savings and guarantee the room of your choice. As room availability decreases, prices will usually rise. If you need to make a last-minute booking, you can book your airport hotel online up until the day before you want to stay.
What if I book a Southampton airport hotel and then want to cancel it?
As long as you add cancellation protection you can cancel your booking and get all your money back up until 24 hours before your scheduled stay. Cancellation protection costs just 99p. Should you choose not to take out cancellation protection, you can still cancel your booking and receive a refund up to 24 hours before your stay, with a £15 administration charge. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we will unfortunately not be able to process a refund.
How long can I park my car at the hotel for?
You can park at both of our Southampton airport hotels for up to 15 days. The Holiday Inn Eastleigh charges one price regardless of the duration of your booking. The Holiday Inn Express Southampton M27 junction 7 has three tariffs depending on whether you wish to park for four, eight or 15 days.
What if I'm going away for longer than two weeks?
Parking packages booked through HolidayExtras.com® can be booked for a maximum of 15 days. However, it’s no problem if you wish to park for longer, as you can pay a £5 per day parking charge directly to the hotel. Similarly, if your flight is delayed and your parking exceeds 15 days, your car will remain safe and you’ll be able to pay for the extra days on your return.
