As my trip was about 24 hours in duration, I had no option but to book short stay car parking as nothing else made available to me. This cost almost as much as my flight but had to book as no other alternatives.

Ideal position just short walk to terminal. Barrier opened as soon as we pulled up to it. Our original return flight was cancelled. We arrived 4 hours later and was expecting a problem when departing, but barrier opened as soon as we pulled up to it. Good experience over all and would recommend

took longer to get the car than getting out of the terminal, gatwick services are far better. however i need to rebook the same trip and your prices have gone up 50% £50- now £ 75 for just 2 days parking. wow. i need to revert to my previous provider for my business travel arrangements

We happened to be at Stansted during the current Corona Virus scare so the airport terminal was almost empty. The same was true of the Red short stay car park so parking was easy and gave us a shorter than normal walk to the terminal. Close, convenient and easy to access the main road out of the airport.

I was slightly confused (nothing new) on entering the Red Car Park as the (2nd) barrier had an arrow on the slipway indicating it was the way out. I was also issued with a ticket even though I had pre-paid. Is this usual? Had no problems on exit as number plate was recognised

The whole thing is so easy and very convenient. This time when I arrived the barrier didn't automatically go up so had to use the help button,this was answered in seconds,chap very helpful,he must have checked his screen,again in seconds,barrier lifted.On my return everything went smoothly. Have used this car parking service a few times,always been very pleased

Sadly Stansted claimed no booking had been made - claimed booking reference was not valid and advised to “only book directly through their own site rather than scamming third party sites” - So good value for money but be prepared to stand your ground at the car park barrier as i didn’t have to pay again - just had to contact holiday extras whilst away !

The Red car park was blocked and I was directed to Orange which only had spaces from lane Q. When departing from the car park the ticket advised I had to pay extra. I connected the staff who were very good and cleared the ticket and let me out.
