The Red car park was blocked and I was directed to Orange which only had spaces from lane Q. When departing from the car park the ticket advised I had to pay extra. I connected the staff who were very good and cleared the ticket and let me out.

Unhappy. I prebooked and paid for parking in the Premium Red car park at Stansted Airport. When I arrived the Red car park was inaccessible and I was directed to the Orange car park, which is cheaper and further from the terminal: no offer or option of a refund

I thought the red car park was closer to the terminal. It was a bit of a walk for my 2 young children and disabled husband. I’ll remember to book the orange car park next time, which was the same price.

Smoooooooth parking experience! So easy. Worth paying a bit extra to park in the red car park nearest the terminal as it’s an easy walk. You’ll be grateful for it when you get through as nothing worse that having to get a bus.

making online booking is easy, including discount offer makes it even better. drive up-to barrier take ticket, find somewhere to park. collecting car - drive to barrier, did not even have to stop and insert ticket into machine as camera recognised my car (obviously as paid) barrier opens and off you go.

ANPR failed to pick up my car reg which lead to ticket failing to emerge from the barrier machine upon arrival at STN Red car park, not holiday extras fault. Spoke to the Operators and they lifted the barrier upon quoting the reference . Had to repeat the process to exit

Ticket said, as we had paid in advance, just drive to the barrier, insert ticket and away you go..... Didn't work after many attempts, had to use intercom to confirm who we were to get out. Very frustrating..
