not quite i booked the long stay park only to find out when i arrived that it was closed and i had to go back accross to the terminal it would have been nice to have been told this in advance

When we arrived the long stay car park was closed, we were directed to the short stay car park which was better because we could get to the airport without going through the train station

It all went fairly smoothly. The only hiccup was that on arrival at the car park there was a notice saying it was closed but I'd been upgraded to the car park slightly nearer the airport terminal. This did not present a problem but it would have been even better if I had been informed in advance. Otherwise everything went as it should.

Long stay car park was closed so we were upgraded to short stay for 10 days. Weather was awful so the short walk to terminal was greatly appreciated. No hassle on return trip to validate ticket. Great service. Thank you!

Staff were lovely, we were upgraded to a nearer car park on arrival, parking area was secure. I forgot to validate my ticket inside building when we got back but this was not a problem and the guy fixed it straight away. First class service for under £40 for the week.
