Making it clearer to the customer that they have to go to the information desk to collect car park ticket to exit car park,a lot of confusion by the looks of other customers trying to exit at the barriers, luckily my wife overhead someone say that you had to go to info desk.

All inclusive food and drink was of a very very poor standard..we had to eat out every day/night..are you prepared to refund the extra money I had to shell out... £600???

Got to Long Stay car park to find it closed and a sign saying go to Short Stay. This short stay car park was nearer the Terminal so better and would have been more expensive, but maybe an email saying to go directly there would have helped. Not a huge issue though and probably not Holiday Extras fault

There were no signs up to say that the long stay car park was closed and no directions where to go. My husband went round in circles panicking that we were going to miss our flight and eventually paid to stay in the short stay car park. We then went to the information desk and they informed us that the other car park is closed for the winter and the short stay one is the one to use and they would raise the barrier free of change on our return. If this had been explained on our directions print out sheet it would've saved us a lot of stress, there were others doing the same as us not knowing where to go. Please sort this out for future travellers.

Everything went well,my only concern was the long stay car park was closed and we were directed over to the short stay car park by a notice board.As our return flight was after midnight I was wondering if we could open the barrier to leave,but the guy on the information desk sorted the problem out straight away and we were on our way home after a long day.

Long stay parking redirected me to main parking behind bill boards & there was no one to check in with so I parked & left my car there but couldnt exit car park on return. Had to phone to ask how to exit the car park. An email with information about the change to car park would have helped.

would normally use Watson's which was closed for winter. on arrival at car park it was closed and I was upgraded to short stay. on arrival at barrier in pouring rain was confusing to know what to do next and eventually told by car park attendant to take a ticket and have it validated on return at info desk. On return, after validating my ticket, it was not recognised at the barrier and had to buzz for help and get barrier lifted. Not a very smooth process!

It didn't start too good as the car park was closed but there was a free upgrade but again no one there to assist us but eventually got sorted at the information desk inside the airport.

Airport parking at Prestwick. only small hitch was we were upgraded to the closer car park but when we went to leave the barrier wouldn't rise as apparently we were outstanding almost £300 this was solved very quickly by the attendant who let us out.

The long stay car park was closed at Prestwick when we arrived. There was a sign on the door advising us of this. We were diverted to the other car park at Prestwick. Everything was ok though.
