had booked carpark 3 but when we arrived there was a note on machine telling you to go to the short stay carpark at terminal building. Staff very helpful in the airport.

Transfers aa nightmare with Blubird. Did not come on the outward journey until 1.40min after our arrival. Onlt then after about 8 calls to them. Did not have us booked for the return journey either so more phone calls had to be made. What a dissaster.

We were allocated car park 3 at Prestwick which was quite a distance from the terminal for elderly people considering the adverse weather condition, extremely icy surfaces when walking. We have always had good service from Holiday Extras on the numerous occasions we have used them.

Staff at Help point were very helpful and efficient despite being 4.30 in the morning! Due to flooding at the car park I had booked at, I received a free upgrade to a car park directly outside the terminal building. I would highly recommend the service.

Our original instructions for exiting the car park were different to those printed on our amended booking. There were also no clear instructions at the exit. This caused some confusion and difficulty in getting the barrier raised but I suppose that is the fault of the car park operator and not yours. Our booking and amendment were handled easily and efficiently.

car park very smoothly done you do not need to print anything just take along the bank card you paid initially with and bobs your uncle no fussing about with reference numbers.

I had never flown from Prestwick airport before and our flight home was late at night. We had no problem getting the ticket verified and the staff at the desk were very helpful and pleasant. I would definately use this service again.

Everything worked absolutely fine and with no problems. We tried to pay on entry but could not remember which credit card we had used so had to pay on exit but this worked fine as well.

There should be a pedestrian crossing to cross the main road (at the roundabout) for people walking from Carpark 3 to the Main Terminal

When we arrived at the car park and inserted my debit card it said 'invalid card' i then realised my card had expired and i had my new one. On arrival back into prestwick i went to the in car park information desk and the gentleman there was very pleasant and he validated my ticket. WELL DONE holiday extras!!!!
