It was not clear what I had to do when leaving. I put my ticket in the exit barrier and it wanted me to pay again so I had to park up and walk back to the terminus to speak with the people at the information desk. It needs to be clearer about what you have to do when you have prepaid.

I would definitely book with holiday extra again but I will not go back to Prestwick long stay car park. The carpark is not very big,hard to find a space that your car won't get damaged as the spaces are very small.parked at 4am & carpark did not have good lighting.

Everything went well and the closeness to the airport was excellent with a very good and clear walkway clearly marked. Staff were excellent. Only complaint we encountered was not knowing that we were at the right car park as at first we thought the only access was a car ticket, until we seen the intercom and talked to the adviser who reassured us that we were booked in and to park and return after holiday and to use the intercom to leave the car park. All in all a pleasant experience. Thank You.

There were no disabled parking spaces. We had to walk a long way to get to our car in the cold and dark, rainy night with a disabled child.

Smooth Booking process. Car Park easy to find, just remember to get your ticket validated in the terminal on your return or you'll be asked to pay again!! Have used before and would use again.

The midweek break to Barcelona went very well. Prestwick airport staff very helpful. Ryan air flight was fine. Aston Sunhotel was good value for money. Friendly staff, clean and good breakfast. Well placed for getting around the city. I was not so pleased with From 2 the shuttle service to/from airport. We had to wait around 90 minutes for transport to hotel. Overall a very pleasant break

Parking just fine, though a bit of a walk to the Terminal. We were fine but would imagine that it is not easy with a suitcase and are not too mobile. The entry and exit systems worked fine but it was not as good value as we've had on other car parks through yourselves.

First of all car park was closed and had to use the main car park in front of the terminal On return the guy at the info desk couldn't find my booking so told me just to press the button when I got to to the barrier . Guy at the barrier kept me waiting for ten mins ~ could find my name but let me out any way ???? Disappointed to say the least ........😔😔😔😔😔

Staff were extremely helpful. Our return flight was cancelled and we arrived back late but we had no problems when we explained this to staff. The car park is easy to reach and very close to the airport.

No mid term card park no intercom to key in ref number had to use short term car park as Per notice at the car park had to pay an additional 144 pounds to get out of the car park flight back arrived late tried to call for assistance up u were closed

The parking is on airport grounds so very convenient. Unfortunately there is no shelter from the car to the terminal building so we got soaked on arrival home. Had that been on the outward journey we would have endured a very uncomfortable journey. It is also a very steep slope to and from the car with luggage.
