I've used the facilities many times before which are pretty good, staff are very helpful. the only downside this time was receiving a dent to my passenger side door, kind of feel helpless in this scenario as it's down to the few not so mindful people who use the facilities

Nothing to do with the service you provide. The services at Prestwick are the issue. Long walk to terminal. No lifts working for passengers with luggage. Chaotic entry and exit system.

Car parking facilities were as described. We lost our parking ticket while on holiday but staff helpful and this did not cause any problems.

Previously the medium stay was on the airport side of the road. This time i was over the road that access had one lift for all passengers on the flights or run across the road. The car park here is smaller than next to the airport and was so full there were 8 places left at the very back, i appreciate someone has to park there, but like i said, over the road is bigger and was empty! This option wasnt available on this booking as it is all short term parking now, where as before there was short medium and long stay parking and fees available. This was not a good area to park with younger children.

Yes it was ideal. The parking of the car was hassle-free and the car park is a short walk from the airport.Likewise when we arrived home at midnight and the car park was well lit.
