Access to terminal was difficult as there were no trolleys for cases and 2 of our party had walking difficulties leaving 4 of us to transport 6 cases plus hand luggage. No onsite toilets also a disappointment after a long car journey.

Staff were friendly however a notice in front of the car park with the logo on it would have helped find it in the first place. As I thought I had arrived at the wrong car park at first.

Everything went smoothly but the walk to the airport with 3 cases and hand luggage, especially late evening, was totally unsuitable. A courtesy bus should be available to take people to the terminal. Staff were OK.

As a disabled couple it could have been made clearer just how far we would have to walk from the very rear of the carpark to the airport and that other facilities are available. It took us 3/4 hour to get from the car to the airport

Drop off point for bags only gave you 5 minutes otherwise you were charged and with a 3 year old at 4am was cutting it fine but we just managed only just but other than that couldn't fault
