Smooth procedure. Let through barrier to park car with minimal delay and likewise when we went to retrieve car. Only downside is that you aren't always under cover from car park to terminal.

Only spoke to one member of staff on the speaker going through the entrance gate and he was very helpful. The only thing I would have changed was maybe a bus service to the terminal as it was quite a far walk from the back of the car park with all the suitcases.

The long stay park is a short walk to the terminal building but there are no trollies at the park so I would suggest dropping off the passengers and luggage at the terminal prior to parking.
