Resort transfer total nightmare. A2b transfers return pick up process was poor. Their website would not recognise my booking ref as it turned out it was only the second half of the ref you issued. Also no ananswer on any of the contact numbers provided. I spent a fortune in resort on telephone calls to the local agent and uk emergency number where I just continually went round and round on the voice recording menu's.

Staff helpful on arrival.On return it took a very long time for someone to answer the assist call with an impatient queue building behind me. Eventually answered who seemed to have no idea about my booked reference number and said, " I'll just open the barrier snyway". Not too good but at least we got out.

That's the beauty of it! I got a 'Good Morning!' greeting from a intercom at the gate but I didn't see anyone, show any ID or have any forms to fill in! All automate! Fantastic!

Have used Watson car park for many years, and was probably the main reason for flying from Prestwick,but the long stay car park isn't only more expensive it's less convenient ie try holding up a brolly and carry suitcases, so I'm afraid I'm being put off by this,taking into account the Scottish weather

Had no contact with staff sorry. Only down side was no luggage trolleys at the car park for all my bags which was quite a few as I have 3 young kids (one in a push chair)
