Had problems getting into the car park as the barrier didn't lift so had to contact someone to let me in. a ticket came out so I took that and the barrier lifted. On return the barrier didn't lift when I entered the ticket and it said I owed £120. Again I had to contact someone to verify my booking and lift the barrier. No problems otherwise as I like the parking being so close to the airport.

It always seems difficult to exit, on two occasions I have used this facility the barrier would not rise. When calling for assistance it took an age for them to assist and never an apology.
