I had trouble leaving at the barrier. Although I had prepaid the machine said I had to pay £34.50 I then had to wait while this was sorted with two cars behind waiting to exit. Got sorted eventually

It does what it says on the email -pull up registration plate recognition get your ticket -park -and place the ticket in the machine on exiting. Car park positioned within a 5 minute walk of the terminal. Only criticism is directional signage within the car park could be improved-other than that overall very happy and would use it again

The car park tried to charge £85 to let me out..... Which is not what you want at 2am in the morning. Then we had to wait about 5 mins for someone to answer the assistance call

Although we made a note of the zone that we had parked in, we still found it difficult to find our car, we had parked in zone F and there were a, lot of cars in that zone and no other way of distinguishing exactly where yours was parked.

Dreadful airport! Have to pay £2 to drop off - even though drop off zone is not near terminal entrance. Parking quite a long walk - no shuttle bus. How people with disabilities manage I don't know! Realise this is not Holiday Extras problem. Airport needs to resolve these issues. We will not travel from there again!
