All went to plan , there was a slight delay on departure when the barrier did not recognise my plate . This was quickly resolved by the efficient attendant .

The car park was easy to find and not far from the terminal. We had to ask for assistance as the barrier didn't open as it didn't recognise our number plate but got it sorted quickly.

There was a small queue at gates to get in and then it didn't recognise our car registration. We had to ask for assistance to open gate . We have used you before and not had these problems .

REGULARLY USE THIS CAR PARK AT LIVERPOOL AIRPORT BOOKED WITH HOLIDAY EXTRAS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. GREAT PARKING FACILITIES AT A REASONABLE COST. NO HITCHES AT ALL. WOULD RECOMMEND WITHOUT HESITATION.

Whilst showing my name and issuing a ticket, the barrier to the car park did not lift. On exit, again the barrier did not lift. I had to seek help on entry and exit.

good service but when leaving car park the barrier didn't lift had to speak to operator who then lifted the barrier. If we didn't have our reference number with us would have been a problem. I would use this service again.
