Ticket didn't come out of machine, but pressed call button and sorted straight away. Our main issue was not being able to find correct zone to park in. Misleading signposts and lots of other cars arriving! All worked out in the end though and happy to recommend.

Easy entry with number recognition. Secure parking. Very clean. Within 3 mins walk to entrance and no roads to cross. Second time I've used this car park and I highly recommend it.

Brilliant! Everything went very smoothly. By the way, I normally 'opt out' of emails from companies I buy from, but the emails from Holiday Extras were good and really helpful (particularly the last one with flight info).

No receipt available for excess parking fee, so difficult to claim against Easyjet for late arrival. Response to request for help on exit took so long I gave up. Timings to walk to terminal were over optimistic, it is not 5 minutes from all areas.

Automatic Car reg recognition didn't work on arrival, had to use the emrgancy intercom. The staff on other end of intercom sorted issue immediately.

Gate didn't open because they didn't have my booking on the system. The lady attendant allowed me in to the car park but said on the exit I would have to provide proof of booking. On way out of car park I was asked to pay £150! I had to speak to attendant again to explain and eventually he opened the exit gate.

Nearest exit of car park had changed to a different company from arrival and the way in where had parked was now blocked off by cones. Had to get out car and move cones to get out of car park which wasn't fun at midnight with two children in the car
