The operation was smooth as directed on the email . We parked 200 yards from the Terminus. No fuss on return, we were on our way home within five minutes of leaving the airport.

No space on arrival! Had to wait ten minutes. For people leaving the car park? Also, couldn't Gain entry initially and had to be aided by voice attendant to produce a ticket. .? Even though I had entered my registration details correctly on line when booking.

Very straight forward. Delayed on return flight, should of paid £30 penalty to leave carpark, but this was waived by veryhelpful lady on the intercom. Definitely use again.

The directions to the Car Parking provided were very good. The only criticism we have is that it was very early and dark the morning we arrived and the notice said that customers for the Long Stay Car Park should park in bays F-K and we didn't feel that the directions to these bays was very clear.

Have used this park before, and as a result have used it again. Very easy; close to airport; simple to exit (although our return flight was 1.5 hrs. late, and wondered if we would have to pay a surcharge - NO!) Highly recommended.

Easy to use and simplicity itself to book. The ANPR system recognises your car reg gives you a ticket and let's you in. At the end of your stay put your ticket in and drive away.

Very few spaces left in the long stay car park, but luckily I found one when someone was coming out. Entering and leaving the car park was smooth, no problems, the number plate recognition worked when entering and the ticket was accepted on leaving
