Excellent experience, simple and easy process, from booking, parking through to leaving, car park well signed, spaces well marked out and area signage good. The only thing that we feel could be improved on is exit signage when walking from car across to the airport, it's not obvious when on foot where the exit is

The barrier did not raise automatically so I had to get help on the way in and out. This has never happened when I booked direct with the airport.

I booked and paid on line two days prior to travelling to Liverpool airport. I brought my booking confirmation with me. At the car park entrance my car's number plate was not recognised and I was forced to go through a whole series of questions and checks with the car park office at the airport until it was established that my booking had not been transferred on to the airport system. Eventually I was told to take a ticket and then report to the car park office after the arrival of my return flight so that my ticket could be validated once proof of my booking was confirmed. This caused delays both at arrival at and departure from Liverpool airport. I have never experienced this before when I used other booking options.

Easy to find the car park. Had no problem finding a space and walking distance to the airport entrance was only 5 minutes. The barrier didn't recognise the ticket on the way out but this was resolved quickly by pressing the button and a member of staff responded immediately.
