The postcode sends you to the wrong place on the sat nav that's the only negative comment I have to make, great experience overall and as we were later back than planned due to a delay on our flight, I thought we'd end up paying for an extra day but no, I went to the desk and the lady processed my ticket so it would allow me to exit without any extra charge...great service, will definetly recommend, thank you :)

The long stay car park was easy to find. The Aspire lounge was very relaxing and staff couldn't do enough for us. Liverpool Airport is less busy (and less crowded) than Manchester. Very impressed with entire experience.

when we arrived at the long stay car parking the barrier did not recognise our car we asked for assistance and was given entry immediately after giving them the ref no on our booking form. we had the same problem on our return as we did not have an exit ticket. very pleased with the speedy assistance and the friendly voice.

Fantastic service, the parking was a breeze, from start to finish and the Fast track facilitated the start of our journey with two young children (a baby and a toddler). It would've been great to have fast track in Lisbon but I guess that may not be open to negotiation. Many thanks, we will definitely use holidayextras again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to our friends and family.

Everything was hassle free from booking through to exiting the airport at my destination. Despite it being busy at the security check the query moved very quickly allowing me to be able to relax on the departure lounge rather than stand for ages waiting to get through. Flights were on time and the staff very courteous and friendly. Would definitely fly from Liverpool again.

Good value and saves bothering people for a ride to the airport. You can please yourself when you want to start your journey. Good location, very close to departures.

pedestrian access to the carpark was flooded to a depth of at least 6 inches in three successive places, with no short way round. I appreciate this is not your problem but it is offputting to using this carpark. Otherwise everything went smoothly as usual.

The customer contact service was very efficient as they contacted me when I made a second booking in mistake and gave me a refund immediately. I also had a problem leaving the car park however I was given the instruction if this happened in the Fqa.

Everything fine on arrival but leaving, the barrier didn't rise when I inserted the ticket. Staff were helpful though after I pressed the help button. The ticket should be clearly marked which way it should be inserted. Message kept coming up 'turn the ticket over' which I kept doing with no result.
