Follow simple instructions and have a worry free holiday...staff really helpful when changing flight times etc...facilities well signposted and secure...have used them before and am perfectly confident to continue to do so.

the parking was good and being disabled the parking bays where close to the terminal, the only thing that we had problems with which could not be helped was it was pouring with rain on our return and we got very wet before getting into the car. The instructions that where given by you to find the parking area where spot on, easy to find

Car number plate not recognised when we arrived. Called the contact number on the paperwork and we managed to get in, without a problem. Same fault in the way back, but all sorted within. Couple of minutes, after quoting our booking reference. So yes, would recommend and use again

Anpr system read our number plate wrong so the barrier didnt let us out of the car park. Operator soon solved the issue so no major problems.

Found it hard to get a parking space and a long way from the terminal. When arrived back had to walk under a brige which was under a foot of water was not happy
