Finding a space was quite difficult. There were dead ends and three point turns which was a pain. Is there no way that areas with space could be channel led or indicated ?

My car was not recognised by the camera upon arrival, but booking ref was so let in. Leaving the machine told me I owed £90 - pressed for assistance to be told my reg & booking ref was not recognised, someone would be sent to me. 15 mins later & I pressed for assistance & this time no questions asked, barrier just lifted! Not happy at sitting in car waiting for nothing at the barrier with cars beeping at me!

Wider car spaces found difficult to fit in even tho have a small car . Very tight fit. Maybe a screen saying where there are spaces as we wandered around for a while. If hurrying for a flight would be a hassle .

on arriving at Liverpool Airport car park my car reg was not automatically recognised i had to call assistance they checked my name, reg, and referance number,issued a ticket and let me iinto the car park and told me to keep the ticket as i would have problems on exit,with this fuss and worry i forgot to put my disabled badge on display,on arriving home a fortnight later there was a ticket on my on my car for £100 fine for not displaying my disabled badge on exiting the car park and putting the ticket in the machine it told me i had an excess charge of £150 to pay and i could not get out of the car park again,and had to get assistance again.i have now got to sought out the £100 charge

I needed to change the details (the car) last minute as the one booked had broken down so I needed to use another vehicle. I'd have been happy to pay a surcharge to do this, but as it was, due to the ticket type I purchased from you I ended up losing £37 and having to find alternative transport to/from the airport.

Affordable airport parking in an ideal spot. Easy access into and exit from the car park and only 2 minutes walk to the departures and from arrivals. Will defitnitely use this service again.

We were very happy with theway we booked tge long stay parking at liverpool until we returned following a flight delay with ryanair of around an hour resulting in an extra parking charge of £65! We always pay for extra time incase of delays and did in tgis scenario paid anextra hour but we went 10 mins over through no fault of our own and were charged an extra £65!! Very disappointed to say the leaat!

When leaving the car park I put my ticket in and it said I owed £90-00, I pressed the help button and no one answered for about 15 mins, I saw I worker on the car park who I told and he went to find someone,so after that a man did speak to me on the phone and I gave him my Ref Number and after about another 5 mins he found it and opened the barrier, I was not very happy !!
