Although the car park entrance is opposite the terminal you should mention that it can take some time to find a space and it can be a 10 minute walk away.

Yes every went as planned would do this again The staff were very helpful we could not remember were we put our ticket after three weeks away just gave our reverence number and up went the barriers .

Unfortunately on my return, my.ticket did not register on my exit and said I owed £65. This was sorted by the man on assistance but it was a hassle I did not need at 1.30am.

The car park post code did not find the correct postcode. I also paid extra to be closer to the airport as my flight times were every early in the morning. But i had to park about a 10 min walk away. Luckily i had allowed for extra time. I have parked at other airports thru holiday extras and not had a problem with parking.

The only problem we ever have at the long stay car park is when we put our ticket in it never accepts that we have pre booked. We then have to contact the gate for them to raise the barrier.

Booking through yourselves has in the past worked flawlessly, however, this time our details did not seem to have been registered with the car park either on entry or exit, resulting in the frustration of having to debate with the car park operatives.

Selected this carpark is it is closer to the termnal building. However, had to drive around before being able to find a space, which ended up much further away than we had anticipated. Bit annoying really.

Arrival needs improving as the camera didn't appear to be recognising any of the cars number plates meaning that people just sat waiting and didn't know how long to wait before pressing the call button.

The barrier didn't rise on approach,and the buttons for assistance wasn't answered. We had to press for a ticket. We then went to the manned office but were told to go back after the holiday, so it was a bit of a let down

The booking process through your website was fine, no problem. I had difficulty finding a space in the long stay car park and finished up at the very far end. Although I am a regular Fell Walker I could not walk to the Departure Doors in 5 mins as the site had suggested.

The service was perfect for us. Everything worked both in and out exactly as you said it would. The only thing I would improve is making the arrival directions on your website easier to follow/understand. A first time visitor may have a problem. How about a 'through the windscreen' video of actually arriving.
