Waiting 10 mins to enter the car park,after pushing the help button,only one side of the entry to the car park was working this caused a tail back,all cars that entered had to press the help button and wait,we find this happens a lot at Liverpool

Everything went well as described we had 2 vehicles. However when coming out we inserted card but the system said we owed 150 pounds and would not let us out. We did get released after speaking to intercom after 3 mins but it was not a pleasant experience.

Holiday Extras are a bunch of scamming and I will never recommend them, and am going out of my way to negatively comment on them as a company. I contacted you 2 weeks before my trip to add 3 days, due to a change in circumstance with my need for travel, You could not do it, told me I had a "cheap, early booker offer", and that I had no flexibility to amend the booking. I then called the airport and made a NEW booking, for a LONGER stay, at the SAME PRICE. In summary, I didn't even use the £45 booking I made with you - I was told I couldn't amend or cancel. Totally awful customer experience, never to use again.

everything ran very smooth, on our return the barrier didn't lift I called the help button where I was advised to go to the next barrier and we ent straight through. I have booked already for December again in the long stay as I am extremely happy with the service provided.

Parking was ok but leaving the car park was not. When I out the ticket in to leave it came up that I owed £80!! After much hassle they eventually had to send somebody out to check my info and let me out. I also saw somebody else have the same problem.

No for the third time, I booked parking on line and the reg was not recognised. Had to take a ticket advised on intercom, and then on return had to contact again as would not let out automatically. Not what you need in the early hours of the morning.

Your staff very helpful. Was slightly nervous when flight back made us 1 hour later than time we had put down. but no dramas/ no extra payment. I recommend giving a few hours later return time than flight time suggests.

Staff very helpful.We were delayed by 2 days due to industrial action and were concerned that we would have problems exiting the car park but the gentleman on duty at the time couldn't have been more helpful.
