I came back but when I put my ticket was a charge to pay 220 pounds after that I had to talk with someone who didn't care he just asked for a reference number sorry but maybe if I didn't had battery and internet I will be stuck at this hour in the airport ! So next time for everybody write ur reference number because the ticket is not working !

Although there was no ticket for us, a quick press of the button soon sorted this out. It is a quick stroll to the terminal, no kerbs, busy roads to cross either, unlike some of the car parks. Highly recommended.

It was hard to find a space, particularly when rushing - you had to follow the 'exit' sign to get to the spaces. It wasn't obvious.

Tried to charge £120 to exit car park,because ticket didn't automatically open the barrier on exit.Spoke to operator and eventually was let out. Thought there would be number plate recognition.

I was disappointed that our number plate wasn't automatically recognised and that we had to press the buzzer for assistance. The gentleman was helpful though and provided us with ticket and got us through barrier.

Despite following instructions, using the ticket at the barrier to exit brought up a £70 charge. Had to use the assistance button and find reference number to get out of the car park. There was a queue of cars who seemed to have the same issue - having to go through luggage to find reference numbers etc. so looks like the ANPR wasn't working on entry/exit.

Couldn't get in, press help button, took a long while for someone to answer, but was polite and quick to respond. Gave us a new ticket to use and we were away. Parking so close it doesn't feel like long stay

It great to be able to park directly opposite the departures. Both myself and husband have mobility problems so it's even more important to be able to get from A-B as easily as possible.
