Great service from holiday extras, paid for premier lounge in Liverpool & staff there were lovely too. Had to amend my booking before travelling & call centre assistant couldn't do enough for me.

Booked on line arrived at barrier on day of flight, barrier stayed down, spoke to attendant no record of booking even after giving reg and booking ref. told to take ticket and press for attention when exiting, did so, sorted but not as I thought it would be.

Didn't recognise us on arrival and had to get ticket. Tried to charge us £75 on departure and had to contact through intercom and find booking reference at 2am to get out.Will find easier way next time, don't need the hassle.

Car park well located near terminal building but £27 for a single day is a bit pricey. That sort of price i would expect at Heathrow, not Liverpool.

My car and ticket were not recognised on arrival and on return I had to wait ages to get out as other people were also having problems ...not great when you still have a long drive ahead after midnight

The auto system at the airport failed to recognise our registration number. I used the intercom help button on the ticket machine. The staff were quick to respond and sorted it. Impressed!

The postcode provided for the car park is incorrect! I was directed to the car park which is only for authorised vehicles e.g buses. This was also a no stop area, I will be in contact if I receive a penalty for stopping due to your incorrect information.

Everything was fine on your part. We made 2 mistakes but you helped us out immediately. Firstly we tried to drive into the wrong car park but we're able to speak to you on the intercom and you put us in the right direction and secondly we couldn't find our car park ticket and you were able to solve that problem straight away without us causing a queue of irate people wanting to get away.
