No problem at all. I don't know anyone who has travelled from Liverpool Airport, but I would recommend this package for anyone that does.

Barrier would not rise on entry so ended up with 2 tickets which on exit the machine tried to charge £70 for - needed to contact the office to sort out the misunderstanding

All went well overall + having your name included in the 'welcome' message @ the entry barrier was good. It took a few minutes to find a space however when parked to then have only a few minutes walk to the terminal was very good (thankfully it wasn't raining). I'll definitely use the car park again and can recommend it highly.

Facilities as described. Wasn't clear if you could park in any bay of car park as some areas were marked long stay and I was under the presumption whenbooking the whole car park was long stay. Thought it unfair that I had to pay a whole extra day at £8-£10 as my flight arrived close to midnight. I only needed an extra half hour but had to pay full day rate.

Happy that we were able to park so close to the airport. Unfortunately, on our return we were unable to leave the car park with our ticket as the machine said we owed £75! Eventually we managed to speak to someone via the help button who, without explanation or apology, opened the barrier for us.
