The only confusion was the ticket the car park gave us said pay at machine before exit but, of course we paid you so this could have confused people. Disabled parking space, plenty of so no worry but maybe you could book one.

found & parked up very easily, leaving was the problem! on existing i was told to pay £70 as they couldn't find my booking. after giving them my registration & booking confirmation number they eventually found the booking and allowed me out.

Easy Jet cancelled the flight whilst at the boarding gate on News Years Eve, so got no value for our £49.99 car park unfortunately. Booked for a week but had to leave in a few hours.

we have used the car park TWICE and on exiting each time ,when putting our ticket in at the gate were given huge bills by mistake. the first £320 , the second time £200!!!!Good job there was an assistant there to let us through. This really does need seeing to!!!!!

the camera at the car park did not recognise the car registration. but we just rang the buzzer and sat for a couple of minutes while they checked our booking. make sure you have your paperwork with you with the reference numbers on.

Parking was well signposted at Liverpool and only a short walk to the terminal, if anything I think the walk was less than advertised. Happy with all services will definitely be using HolidayExtras again!
