Last time we used the car park it was fabulous. However, this time it said our pre booked stay we owe £80. It got sorted by the attendant but it was slightly annoying as it was late. Also lucky we had our booking reference with us as it did not recognise our number plate.

When we put ticket in to exit the car park we were informed we had late charges of £150! We were on time so summoned an attendant who confirmed our order number and we were able to finally able to exit. Not a good end to what was a good holiday.

no.I never completed the booking as I lost the signal on my phone whilst trying to answer all your ancillary questions. Therefore did not expect to be charged for a service I ddnt book

Everything went very smoothly. The young lady I chatted with via webchat at booking was very helpful. I did have a long, long walk to the terminal. I would use the service again but would also like a Meet 'n' Greet service at a reasonable price - Manchester does this extremely well. Given a choice between the two airports if everything else was equal I would chose Manchester ahead of Liverpool because of the Meet 'n' Greet service

when we arrived at the car park there were no parking spaces available and had to park on a raised paved area as did many other cars. When we returned we had been issued with a parking ticket.

Parking couldn't be easier. No need for paperwork as the barriers recognise your number plate on entry and exit. Only a 2/3 minute walk to the terminal.
