Parking in Liverpool John Lennon was as straight forward as it gets. Entrance recognises number plate, welcomes you by name and directs you to a parking zone. Easy!

Very helpful as our car reg was not recognised at the barrier and they had no ref of reg on log. Had to go to bothe on return to resolve, only took 5 minutes.

I used the long stay car park at Liverpool airport - directions were good, however, no parking spaces available so had to park on a grass verge - I had to drive up a kerb to access this ( numerous cars were also parked like this ! ) I then had a parking ticket when I returned to the airport!!!! I was worried if I had damaged my car bumping it up the kerb

Unfortunately we would never recommend the long stay car park at Liverpool airport. We booked a space and the car park was full, no bays available!!! So we parked at the end of a bay not obstructing any other cars, after driving around car park for mins. Worried that we would miss check in, on returning to car park we received a £60 fine. If car park was full we should of been told this when booking and would of made other arrangements.

Disabled parked just yards from entrance to terminal brilliant.. lost my parking ticket on return but was no problem just pressed the button on exit gave my booking no off my e-mail to the person on intercom and was promptly let out
