Very smoothly, but after we had booked we have been bombarded with sales emails, and I have had 3 since returning. This is getting really annoying and I am seriously considering unsubscribing if it persists any longer.

I was issued a ticket st the barrier to enter the parking which I thought a bit strange as I assumed the reg was scanned. I therm had problems exiting after my stay

Had flight issues so arrived just after midnight on the day I was supposed to arrive so was charged an extra £15 for my troubles ☺ï¸

I book with you regularly and usually no problem. This time when we came to exit it said we owed £70. Took ages for the person to answer - no apology . This shouldn't happen

Everything went as it should no problems at all simple vehicle recognition at barrier take ticket park walk to airport on return remember where cars parked all numbered tho to assist drive out pop ticket at barrier sorted very good and prices are cheaper than a taxi there and back for me plus less hassle

Everything was as described on the email we received when we purchased the parking package. Directions to the car park, which lane to get into for long stay, which area to park in. On our return we just put our ticket in the machine at the barrier and away we went.
