Everything went very smoothly and the car park is so close to the terminal which is great, no hanging around to catch a transfer bus, definitely recommend

No need for improvement the site is so easy to use and when you get to the airport its so easy for parking and when you get back to collect your car just put your luggage in the car and drive to the exit barrier put your ticket in and barrier lifts and off you go .

Clear instructions which were easy to follow! I lost my car park ticket and so we had to ask for assistance at the kiosk on arrival back in Liverpool. The chap that I spoke to could not have been more helpful. He quickly sorted out our problem & was extremely helpful

At the exit gate we were refused exit - message on screen that we owed £160. Disconcerting but completely wrong. Result was a delay in getting out. Fortunately we had saved all our booking data. Otherwise all was well.

As usual everything ran smoothly and it's so good just coming out of the car park and your car is there! You don't have to bother anyone to pick you up and it's not as expensive as a taxi each way.

The car park was easy to find and only 2 mins walk. Couldn't fault the car park or the price paid. It was all brilliant and i would definitely use holiday extras for booking again.

Had my ticket all ready posted it in the exit box spat it out 4 times. Moved over same thing. Very annoying as it was pouring down. Pressed the call button, totally bored female asked my reg. no gave it in barrier opened straight away. No explanation or sorry? Not good.

Like clockwork. Have now used this facility at Manchester and Liverpool. Easy walking distance at Liverpool. Problem free 5 mins shuttle service to terminal buildings at Manchester.

I could not find a space and needed to park at the side next to overgrown rose bushes. On my return, I had to fight the bushes to get in my car which was scratched as a result as was my arm and clothing. Car behind had run into the back of me and was still touching mt bumper which is now marked as a result. Surface paint missing in two places
